Fees & Enrolment

  • Please read our HEY Fever Fees & Policies before enrolling your child:  
    • Each Semester is broken up into two terms. Payment for the semester is broken down into two payments, one per term.
    • Fees are to be paid in full, or have a payment plan in place, prior to the first week of term.
    • Fees are to be paid for all classes whether students are in attendance or absent.
    • A non-refundable deposit to secure your child’s place for the semester is required 2 weeks prior to semester start.
    • All new families will need to attend the Meet & Greet Open Day at their selected venue the week before classes start back for the semester (if enrolled at both venues, simply attend one meeting). If enrolment is after the semester has already started then please arrive 10 mins before the first class to have a chat with us and receive your information pack.
    • Fees are set at $16 for the first enrolled class for the day and $11 for each class after that, per week, payable by the term.
    • Enrolment can be made at either venue with fees being consistent across all venues.
    • All equipment such as stationary including paper, pens, pencils, printing and laminating is supplied.
    • Parents will need to supply items like Art Folders & Technology (IPad/Tablets/Laptops) where applicable.
    • The Textiles, Wood & Textiles and Art class may have additional costs, like buying personal fabrics, t-shirts or canvasses,
      depending on projects chosen by the group at the commencement of the semester.
    • Please read the Technology & Apps page for list of apps for classes with technology requirements.
    • There is a 10+% sibling discount for the 3rd child or more enrolled in our classes.
    • Kidsport Vouchers are accepted to contribute $150 to the fees of one sports class for one semester in the year ($75 per term).
      This is available for all Table Tennis, PE, Teen Fit Boxing and Personal Fitness Classes only.
    • Our classes run for 75 minutes in small groups of approximately 8 – 12 students, with a maximum of 16 students.
    • Most classes have mixed age groupings allowing students of all ages to interact in classes together, while still focusing on
      the individual needs of each student.

    There is no price increase for 2018!
